Our Story

ClubMemberPro, or CMPro for short, is a young company from Berlin. The founders all have many years of experience in web design, website hosting and support, and application development, which they have gained since 2015 with the design and development studio Baubauwerk.

As active athletes themselves, they recognized the lack of modern and comprehensive club management software and are now pursuing the goal of filling this gap with Club Member Pro.

Driven by their passion for sports, they want to make modern club management simple and cost-effective via a single platform, offering clubs and associations a modern management solution in the digital age. Their experience in design and development drives them to provide their clients with simple, intuitive, and smart features for effective club management.

Club Member Pro consists of founders Martin Groeger, Stefan Lucut, and Nicu Iordachescu, who have been running the design and development studio Baubauwerk for many years.

Martin Groeger

Martin has a wide range of experience. He studied economics and pursued an international career at Mitsui & Co. Ltd. in Tokyo. He founded Dropmobile, Germany's first messaging platform. In 2015, he sold the company and, together with Stefan Lucut, opened the branding and design studio Baubauwerk. Then founded ClubMemberPro in 2025.

Nicu Iordachescu

Nicu has been the technical director and web developer at Baubauwerk since 2017. He has over 10 years of experience working for technology companies in the EU and the USA and currently specializes in layout design, valid and semantic XHTML/CSS, custom WordPress themes, and CMS integrations. Work on ClubMemberPro stared in 2025.

Stefan Lucut

Stefan is a graphic designer with over 20 years of experience. During this time, he worked as an art director for agencies and brands such as Nike and Atomic Ski. From 2009 to 2014, Stefan was the art director for the internationally renowned art and fashion magazine Jpeople Magazine. In 2015, he co-founded the branding and design studio Baubauwerk in Berlin with Martin Groeger.
